First do not chase her means no more late night phone calls, text messages, emails etc. No communication, though it is like killing yourself, trust me it’s killing her more. Soon she will realize that she is missing you and certainly try to be with you. No one including your ex girlfriend likes to be harassed. Give her sometime to think about the relationship. If your relationship was good and pure that she too misses you the way you do, she is also try to come back to you for sure. It is her wish to coming back to you.

Never be jealous. Jealousy is typically refers to negative thoughts. Jealousy is an emotion that refers to insecurity, anxiety, rudeness, fear that affects relationship, friendship or love. Women dislike needy, desperate, clingy, negative attitude men so first be calm about the whole situation and make your life happier.

Instead of chasing after her, make a list of your strengths your girl friend attracted to when u were into relation with her. Also work on your greatest weaknesses. Make new friends and reconnect with the old ones. Enhance your personality may be by taking additional classes or develop new interest. In case your Ex always complain about your weight then u certainly need to join GYM to burn extra fat.

You actually need to move on with a positive attitude. Breakup is very painful, hurts a lot and cause headache. You need to get rid of such negative feelings. Pen down all your feelings, pain, complaints and all the things you always wish to say her but never said so. Then burn that letter. It is quite a childish thing to do but will work 100%. Please never send that letter to your girlfriend not even by mistake. You will realize feelings of hurts and let it go. You will feel better and lighter. Along with the negative feelings, appreciate all the good feelings that happen to you in life or the good time with your girlfriend.

Start counting the great people n things you have with you in life. You will feel grateful to see that your parents care for you and your friends are always there for you. Hold your hand and say it loud that you still have valuable things in your life. Whenever your girlfriend sees you again she will find you a better person with a positive attitude.

Start accepting social invitation. Well when I am saying to accept social invitation and be a social person that does not mean that u start flirting with the girls coming your way or start approaching a cute girl introduced by friends.

So, focus on your strengths and weaknesses and carry a positive attitude toward life.
